The FBR Digital Invoicing Platform acts as an intermediary fiscalization and cryptographic clearance gateway between Merchant ERP/POS systems and the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Pakistan. Merchants remain strictly responsible for the substantive accuracy of their commercial sales data, tax rates, and legal declarations.

2. API Usage & Rate Limits

API consumers must authenticate using issued Bearer Tokens and adhere to designated rate limits according to their active subscription tier. Excessive or unauthenticated requests are throttled to ensure infrastructure stability for all merchants.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime

We maintain a 99.9% gateway uptime commitment. In the event of temporary upstream FBR server maintenance, our platform automatically buffers and retries invoice clearance queues without data loss.

4. Payment & Subscription Terms

Subscription fees are billed on monthly or annual cycles. Accounts may be suspended if subscription fees or verified payment proofs remain outstanding past grace period thresholds.
